EasyClick Support

EasyClick brings your Apple Music library to every Sonos speaker in your home. Here’s how to get set up, and answers to common questions.

Getting started

  1. Connect your iPhone to the same Wi-Fi as your Sonos speakers.
  2. Add Apple Music to your Sonos system once. In the Sonos app, go to Settings → Services & Voice → Add a Service → Apple Music and sign in. You only need to do this once.
  3. Open EasyClick and tap Allow when it asks for:
    • Local Network, so it can find your speakers
    • Apple Music, so it can show your library

Common questions

EasyClick can’t find my speakers. Make sure your iPhone is on the same Wi-Fi network as your speakers and not on a guest network. Then check that Local Network access is turned on in Settings → Apps → EasyClick. If your speakers still don’t appear, open Rooms → ⚙︎ in EasyClick and type the IP address of any speaker. The Sonos app shows it under Settings → System → About My System.

A song won’t play. Check that Apple Music is still linked in the Sonos app. If your home has several Apple Music accounts linked, open Rooms → ⚙︎ → Apple Music on Sonos in EasyClick and choose your account.

My library is empty. Make sure you’re signed in to Apple Music on your iPhone and that EasyClick is allowed to use it, in Settings → Apps → EasyClick.

Does music stop when my phone locks? No. Your speakers stream Apple Music themselves, so music keeps playing when your phone locks or leaves the house.

Do my speakers need AirPlay? No. EasyClick works with Sonos speakers with or without AirPlay.
